1. When will I receive my order?
Most orders are processed within 3-5 business days and shipped via USPS Priority or UPS Ground. If your order is time-sensitive, just drop us a line and we’ll confirm the timing.

2. Local Pickup (Jacksonville customers)
Yes — we offer free store pickup during our store hours. At checkout, just select “Store Pickup.” If you originally selected shipping but would prefer to pick up, contact us and we’ll switch you over (and refund any shipping charge you paid).
Your pickup will be held for up to 7 days. Need more time? Reach out and we’ll work it out.

3. Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition. Please contact us before mailing anything back. Note: sale and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return.
