When will I receive my order?
Orders are completed within an estimated 3-5 business days, and are shipped with USPS Priority or UPS Ground. Please be patient, if we run into delays we will do our absolute best to communicate this! If your order is time-sensitive, reach out to us immediately so that we can confirm shipping time and availability!

I live in Jacksonville, can I pickup my order?
Yes! We offer complimentary store pickup during our store hours. Please select this option upon checkout. If any issues arise, or you are unable to select pickup, let us know! Orders selected for shipping can be converted to pickup, and we will promptly credit back any shipping charges incurred. 
Store pickups are held for 7 days, reach out to us if you need more time, or if you prefer to have your order shipped to you instead!

I need to return/exchange my order, what are my options?
Returns are accepted within 7 days of you receiving your order. Returns are only accepted in original condition and are subject to rejection. Please reach out with any questions or concerns prior to mailing back your product(s). 
Clearance and sale items are final sale and do not qualify for return.
